Pre-Order Shipping FAQ



1. When will my pre-order ship?

A: We will ship your pre-ordered Mochibi as soon as we have them in stock, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping notification and tracking number once it ships.

 

2. If I purchase other in stock items as well as a pre-order item when will my items ship?

A: We will ship your entire order once ALL ITEMS are in stock. Once we have all items you will receive an e-mail with a shipping notification and tracking number once it ships.

 

3. Will the pre-order be in after the listed date?

A: We try to get the items in stock as soon as possible but sometimes they take a little longer than we can predict. We will update you on any delays or rescheduled Mochibi and work hard to get it to you as soon as we can!

 

4. When will my Mochibi order arrive to me?

A: We process our orders and ship out bi-weekly and ship USPS First Class/Priority and will get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you have a question about when it will get to you feel free to reach out and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

 

5. When will you ship outside the USA? 

We are working on securing the rights to sell outside of the USA every day. As new regions are available we will announce them on social media and on the website. Keep checking back for more information.
